Applications of Ti6Al4V Pulver
(1) Corrosion-resistant general components are made from treated pure titanium sponge by cold pressing vacuum sintering. Use of titanium powder-sintered parts in aviation is a mature practice. Pure sponge titanium powder, or alloy powder, can be directly rolled and made into porous titanium or dense titan plate. For use as a filter, the former can be coiled into a porous tube and welded.
